  • I sent you guys a message and I haven't heard back yet.

    We are open during regular business hours Monday through Friday. We always aim to get back to customers within 48 hours (this is technically a side hustle) but if you email us on a Friday, we may not be able to get back to you until Monday. Same goes for holidays (we are humans, after all); we usually will get back to you the next business day.
    Sometimes, we just have a ton of emails and we need a day or two to catch up, especially during our busy season.
    Please only send one email regarding your question or return (additional emails create clutter and it will take longer for us to get back to you) – However, if you haven’t heard from us in 3 business days, then please send us another message to check in !

  • When will an item be restocked?

    Send us an email, we may be able to get a special order going.

  • What size should I get?

    Please refer to our sizing chart. Note: Some items may go by different sizing, follow the measurements found on the product pages. If you have any questions on the sizing of anything, please send us a message and we’ll help ya out!

  • Do you do custom orders?

    We don’t do custom designs, but if you want an existing design on a specific blank, we can accommodate that.

    Things we can do:

    • Resize the design
    • Put the design in a different location
    • Different color blank (obviously we are limited to what color blanks are available)
    • Different style blank

    Please note that there may be extra fees for customization requests.

  • I live locally, can I come try something on or purchase in-person?

    As this is a side hustle, we don’t currently allow internet strangers to come to our house.

Shipping

  • Where is my package?

    No shipment notification? – Check your spam folder first! If you ordered on a Friday, most orders ship the following Monday (we unfortunately do not employ elves that ship for us 24/7). Orders are packed each day around 11am, and tracking numbers are sent in the evening.

  • The tracking was marked as delivered, but I don’t have my order.

    Please check with neighbors and all members of the household that may have received the package on your behalf first. If it is still not found, call the carrier it was shipped through for more information before emailing us.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    All US orders ship first class for $5, unless the order total is over our shipping threshold (then it is free). Expedited shipping is weight based, so the best way to get an idea of price is to add the items to your cart, input your address, and see how much it will cost. 

  • Do you pay for customs fees?

    Customs fees are determined by your country and these fees and additional charges are out of our control. Before you order, please check with your customs department on fees that may apply.

I placed an order and...

  • I need to cancel my order.

    As long as it hasn’t shipped and it is before 11am ET, email us right away and we will likely be able to cancel your order.

  • I need to upgrade my shipping.

    As long as it hasn’t shipped and it is before 11am ET, we will be able to make the change to your shipping. Send us an email right away with your name, order number, and the date you need it by. Please make the email subject “Shipping Upgrade Request” for faster response.

  • My address is wrong.

    As long as it hasn’t shipped and it is before 11am ET, we will be able to fix your address. Send us an email right away with your name, order number, and correct address. Please make the subject “Incorrect Shipping Address”.

  • I ordered the wrong item.

    As long as it hasn’t shipped and it is before 11am ET, we will be able to fix it. Send us an email right away with your name, order number, and the items you want swapped. If it has already shipped, you will have to do a return or exchange.

Returns & exchanges

  • What is your return & exchange policy?

    You have 30 days from delivery to decide if it’s for you. We will happily do a return or exchange.

    If exchanging, you will need to cover the shipping charges of the shirt coming back to us, but we will cover the cost of the new shirt’s postage back out to you.

    If returning, you  will need to cover the shipping charges  back to us.
